MY GIFT CARD IS DISPLAYING THE SOUTH BEACH LOCATION, CAN IT ONLY BE USED THERE?
United States gift cards can be used at any PLANTA location in the US. All US gift cards are routed through our headquarters in South Beach, so each displays that.
MY GIFT CARD WAS NEVER DELIVERED, HOW CAN I LOCATE IT?
Our gift cards are delivered through a sender called “Toast Tab.” Please search your inbox for this sender, as these emails can sometimes go to spam. If you are still unable to locate it, send an email to info@plantahq.com, with your order date and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay. From there, we will assist in locating and resending your gift card.
CAN MY GIFT CARD BE USED TO ORDER ONLINE?
Gift cards for locations in the United States can be used to order online through Toast Tab.
CAN MY GIFT CARD BE USED ON THE PLANTA PASSPORT APP?
Gift cards cannot be used on the app, however, if you purchase the gift card with the credit card linked to your account, you will receive the points.
I ACCIDENTALLY BOUGHT A GIFT CARD FOR A DIFFERENT COUNTRY, WHAT DO I DO?
Please email info@plantahq.com with your order date and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase. From there, we will refund the original gift card so you can repurchase in the correct country.
HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY GIFT CARD?
You can call or visit your closest PLANTA location, and our team can look up your gift card number to check the balance.
