What is PLANTA Passport?
PLANTA Passport is a loyalty program that provides plant-powered access to cash off your purchases and exclusive rewards. It’s free to join and with every visit and online order, you’ll earn points to be redeemed for rewards like complimentary menu items and lots more.
How do I sign up for PLANTA Passport?
Download the app in the app store by searching PLANTA Passport or using the links below:
Where can I find my points?
You can locate your points in the PLANTA Passport App. Select the menu button (three lines on the upper left of the main page) then select ‘Rewards.’
Where can I redeem my points?
You can redeem points in the Rewards Marketplace. On the PLANTA Passport App, select the menu button (three lines on the upper left of the main page) then select ‘Rewards.’
What is the rewards marketplace?
The Rewards Marketplace is where you can go to get rewards using points on the PLANTA Passport app. It can be found on the app by selecting the menu button (three lines on the upper left of the main page) and then selecting ‘Rewards.’
How do PLANTA Points work?
You start earning points as you spend in-restaurant or order in-app and use the points to redeem rewards in the marketplace.
How do I get points?
For every dollar you spend in-store or in-app using the credit card linked to the PLANTA Passport, you earn 1 point.
How do I redeem rewards in-store?
Please notify your server when you receive your bill that you have a reward you would like to redeem. Your server will look up the phone number associated with your loyalty account, and apply your redeemable reward to the check. Note that not all rewards can be used in-store.
How do I redeem rewards in-app?
You select the reward in the shopping cart before starting the checkout process. It is located at the top of the cart.
How do I contact support?
You can contact support on PLANTA Passport. Select the menu button (three lines on the upper left of the main page) then select ‘Support.’
